Australian-based digital video advertising solutions company, Cartelux, has appointed a new general manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) as it rolls out programs for multiple clients across the region. Hervé Genin formerly led the brand and communication strategy for Nissan across Europe and he will now focus on scaling Cartelux adoption by innovative brands across EMEA. His appointment follows that of former Infiniti Motor Company Asia Oceania managing director Raoul Picello who become the automotive global industry lead of Cartelux in August 2020, working with OEMs in Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa and the Americas. Cartelux says Genin will also draw on his experience across multiple categories to influence new product development of bespoke Cartelux solutions for clients. He has held various sales and marketing leadership positions across Nissan and Ford. Given the importance of the EMEA region and his more than 20 years of experience and expertise within the region, Genin will also join the Cartelux Global Leadership Council. “Hervé is a highly respected industry leader and it is an honour to be working with him as we roll out global programs for innovative brand across automotive, property, finance and many other categories,” Cartelux founder and chief executive officer Josh Williams says. “Cartelux is by far the most seamless and innovative marketing tool for local area marketing I have seen in various industries from an end user perspective,” Genin says. “I’m delighted to be joining Cartelux and, by leveraging the power of Cartelux, accelerate EMEA brands’ local digital customer experience transformation with speed, agility, cost efficiency and brand compliance,” he says.
